30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Do not send items back without requesting a return first — they will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item was purchased in-store, we recommend returning it in person.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest option is to:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
