What’s Included in the 80,000 L Kit

1. Polar Shock™ (950 g / 0.95 kg)
   Purpose: Immediate oxidation and chlorination. Reduces organic load and clears closing-day contaminants for a clean transition into winter.
2. Solei Polar™ (1.89 L)
   Purpose: Winter-engineered, photo-responsive cold water treatment. Oxidizes contaminants in still, non-circulating water and stays active under both solid and mesh covers all winter long.
3. Luna Polar™ (425 g)
   Purpose: Advanced surface conditioning and water clarity support. Binds fine suspended particles together for easier removal and prevents organic matter from sticking to submerged surfaces.

How to Use: Step-by-Step Instructions

Always read product labels completely before application. Never pre-mix chemicals together.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

• Closing: Remove leaves and visible debris. Vacuum if necessary. Follow normal winterizing procedures for plumbing/lines.
• Fibreglass Pool Warning: Do not lower water levels without consulting your dealer/manufacturer. In many cases, leave water at normal levels, blow out lines, and plug them.

STEP 1: PREPARE - Polar Shock™

• Label Dosage: Add 125 g per 10,000 L of pool water.
• When Closing: With pump and filter running, add slowly through a clean skimmer (free of other chemicals or equipment). If water level is already lowered: Sprinkle evenly around pool edges, concentrated in the deep end, and brush thoroughly to mix.
• When Opening: Add slowly through a clean skimmer with pump and filter running. Do not wait for full water analysis.

STEP 2: PRESERVE - Solei Polar™ (Cold Water Care)

• Label Dosage: Add 450 mL per 10,000 L of pool water (the entire 1.89 L jug treats 80,000 L).
• When Closing: Shake well. Pour evenly around the perimeter of the pool. Use a pool brush to mix thoroughly into the water.
• When Opening: Shake well. Pour evenly around the perimeter of the pool and brush thoroughly.

STEP 3: CONDITION - Luna Polar™

• Label Dosage: Add 425 g per 80,000 L of pool water (approx. 50 g per 10,000 L).
• When Closing: Lower the water level per normal winterizing procedures first. Sprinkle evenly around the perimeter of the pool and use a pool brush to mix thoroughly.
• When Opening: Remove cover and start circulation first. Sprinkle evenly around the perimeter, brush thoroughly, then proceed with normal balancing and startup testing.

After Application Checklist

If Closing:

• Complete standard winterization procedures (plumbing/equipment blow-out).
• Protect pump and filtration equipment.
• Install winter cover. The Day & Night Polar™ system is now active!

If Opening:

• Allow water to circulate thoroughly.
• Have your water professionally tested at Main Street Pool & Spa
• Adjust water balance as recommended.
• Vacuum settled debris and continue filtration until the water is crystal clear.
