Our technician walks you through every component of your pool pad, providing step-by-step instructions customized to your specific setup:

• Pool Pump & Filtration Operation: Learn how to run your pump efficiently to combat rising energy costs, select proper dial valve settings (Backwash, Rinse, Waste, Recirculate), and clean pump baskets safely.
• Saltwater & Chlorine Sanitation Systems: Understand how to manage salt cell output, monitor chemical generation, maintain chlorinators, and protect your equipment line from premature wear.
• Vacuuming & Debris Clearing: Master the process of setting up manual vacuums, clearing suction lines, and utilizing skimmer assemblies effectively.
• Heaters & Automation Controls: Get clear instructions on set points, safe ignition routines, and winterizing precautions tailored for harsh Ontario freeze-thaw cycles.

• On-Site Walkthrough: Our qualified pool technician arrives at your home and conducts a comprehensive 1-on-1 walkthrough at your pool pad.
  
• Follow-Up Support: Bring your pool water samples to our retail storefront at 37 Main Street North, Uxbridge, anytime for complimentary computerized water testing.

Note: The base package covers up to 1.5 hours of on-site instruction and a complete system evaluation. Any required replacement parts, plumbing repairs, or additional service hours will be quoted and billed separately with full transparency.
