Service Workflow (What the Tech Does On-Site):

System Flush & Purge:

• Add a line-cleaning spa flush product into the existing water.
• Run jets to strip biofilm, oils, and scale from plumbing lines.

Power Down & Full Drain:

• Turn off power at the GFCI disconnect/breaker.
• Pump the water out.

Shell & Feature Deep Clean:

• Scrub and wipe down interior using spa-safe non-abrasive cleaners.
• Clean jet nozzles, air controls, pillowed headrests, and skimmer basket/housing.

Filter Deep Clean & Inspection:

• Remove and wash filter cartridges.
• Inspect pleats, caps, and core for wear/deterioration.

Component & Mechanical Health Inspection:

• Open equipment compartment door.
• Inspect pumps, seals, heater, plumbing unions, manifold fittings, blowers, ozonator/UV system, and electrical connections for signs of leaks, corrosion, or wear.

We will then email a report to you with any issues found during the service.
